You’ve heard it. Maybe you’ve even said it:

“If you can rent, you can buy.”
“Rent is 100% interest.”
“You’re throwing your money away.”

But here’s the truth: that advice is garbage.
And it’s hurting the very people we’re supposed to help.

Not everyone who rents is ready to buy.
Not financially. Not emotionally. Not logistically.

Owning a home comes with responsibility — and pressure — that doesn’t make sense for everyone. And that’s okay.

Good agents don’t sell dreams.
They educate. They listen. They tell the truth — even when it’s not what the client wants to hear.

I believe real estate is the most accessible path to long-term wealth.
But not when it's sold with guilt, shame, or manipulation.

If you’re a buyer feeling overwhelmed, you’re not crazy — and you’re not behind.

If you're a renter feeling ashamed, don't let other people make you feel wrong.
If you’re an agent, it’s time we stop using cheap one-liners to close deals and start telling people the whole story.
